Since 1997, Ninkasi is a clever mix of moments of sharing.
Ninkasi was born from a simple idea. Implement the concept of american micro-breweries in France, and start the craft beer movement.
It is in Lyon (east-central part of the country) that the project was established. An old factory was then transformed into a new place of life with a beer factory, a restaurant and a concert hall.
Light, intense or fruity, Ninkasi beers offer everyone a wide range of flavors and a touch of originality. The brewery uses 100% natural ingredients: water, malt, barley and yeast. The malt comes mainly from France and the team is currently developing, in collaboration with other breweries, a local production line of hops.
